You put the phone numbers of the people you like to talk to (your friends and family) onto your Allow list so their calls always get through. You put the phone numbers of the people you don’t like to talk to (telemarketers, etc) onto your Block list so their calls are always blocked.
As standard trueCall Call Manager SIM asks unrecognised callers to identify themselves before ringing your phone – the vast majority of nuisance callers and scammers will hang up and you won't be disturbed.
If you want complete control of your calls then the Custom Profile allows you to choose exactly how you want trueCall to handle every type of call, and you can get trueCall do this differently in the day and at night - for example unrecognised international callers can be let through during the day, but sent directly to voicemail at night.
