When you receive a phone call trueCall first checks the caller’s number - it may be an Allow list caller, a Block list caller, a mobile phone number (starts ‘07’), a business number (starts ‘08’ or ‘09’), an international number, the number may be withheld or unavailable, or the number may be on trueCall’s Master Block List – a list containing known nuisance and scam calling numbers. If the caller doesn’t fall into any of these types it is categorised as ‘Caller not recognised’.
The Custom Profile allows you to specify how you want trueCall to handle each of these types of call during the day and during the night. trueCall gives you 8 different ways of handling a call (CallFlows).
You can choose, for example, to handle international callers with the ‘Whisper’ CallFlow and handle callers who withhold their with the ‘Send call to voicemail’ CallFlow.
